Music Based Collective Care

Sound and Liberation.

The fight for justice is relentless, and the systems we resist are designed to exhaust, oppress, and break the very people working toward liberation. Activists and organizers not only face burnout and chronic stress but also experience vicarious trauma, moral injury, and systemic harm. Caring for those who care for others is an act of justice in itself.

Our music-based mind-body practices offer a space for restoration, collective care, and resistance against the toll of oppressive systems. Through guided music experiences, deep listening, breathwork, and improvisation, we create space for healing, resistance, and connection. These offerings are designed specifically for those engaged in social justice—honoring the emotional, psychological, and spiritual impact of this work while strengthening our ability to sustain the fight.

Liberation requires care. Let’s cultivate it together.

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
– Audre Lorde
